By Urian Brown May 13, 2015

The Straw Hats and the Tontattas have begun “Operation S.O.P.”! In order to turn the living toys in Dressrosa back to their normal human selves, they'll have to infiltrate the underground port and incapacitate Sugar. But they'll have their work cut out for them when they discover the port is filled with guards and Sugar herself is protected by one of Doflamingo's supreme officers, Trebol.

Meanwhile, the tournament is still going on at the coliseum and the melee among Block D ends in a very surprising fashion! The finals begin as the finalists aim for the Flame-Flame fruit and the losers are slowing becoming toys. Will the good guys be able to save the toys from their fate? In this volume, the phrase “heroes are not born, they're made” holds extremely true at the conclusion.

Tournament

Meanwhile, Luffy escapes the coliseum to reunite with Zolo and Kin'emon as they storm Doflamingo's palace and they receive unexpected help from an insider with ties to the Don Quixote Family. Still, getting inside isn't easy as they run into another one of Doflamingo's supreme officers, the Stone-Stone man Pica! And the toy soldier has his own struggles, both external and internal, as he deals with more officers and his own past.

Pica

There's a lot going on in this volume in terms of story and artwork, with the scenery and action being busy as usual, especially since there's a lot of chaos brewing in Dressrosa. And speaking of chaos, no other manga has a serious battle between a cyborg with a cannon pompadour and a speedo and a literal man-child with an entourage of ladies who can swim on solid ground. Oh, and this volume also features one of the greatest, and most hilarious faces ever drawn in a manga! It's become a legend among One Piece fans!
