Dimension of Chaos features the return of one of the all-time classics—Yugi’s Black Luster Soldier! Reborn as Black Luster Soldier – Super Soldier, this iconic monster is getting a modern makeover just like Red-Eyes B. Dragon did in Clash of Rebellions!

Ygo Soldier 1

Super Soldier Ritual is the Ritual Spell used to Summon Black Luster Soldier – Super Soldier, and as a bonus you can even use it on the original Black Luster Soldier too! Just like most modern Ritual Spells, Super Soldier Ritual also has an effect you can use while it’s in the Graveyard. Banish it, a LIGHT monster and a DARK monster all from your Graveyard, and you can Summon another “Black Luster Soldier” Ritual Monster from your hand!

Ygo Soldier 2

Black Luster Soldier – Super Soldier has two basic abilities. First, it inflicts damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of any monster it destroys. Second, if your opponent destroys it, you can Summon any of the various “Gaia the Fierce Knight” monsters from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. You can augment the abilities of either of the “Black Luster Soldier” Ritual Monsters depending on what you Tribute for the Ritual Summon. Tribute Beginning Knight, and your monster will gain both the monster-banishing and double-attacking abilities of Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of the Beginning! Tribute Evening Twilight Knight, and you’ll get a monster-banishing ability along with the ability to temporarily banish cards from your opponent’s hand. Use both, and you’ll get two copies of the monster-banishing ability in addition to the other two unique abilities!

Ygo Soldier 3

The Field Spell Gateway to Chaos will help you to assemble the pieces of your Ritual Summon, with abilities to add both “Black Luster Soldier” Ritual Monsters and Ritual Spells to your hand. You get the monster for free when you activate Gateway to Chaos, and after three monsters have gone to the Graveyard, each adding a Spell Counter to Gateway, you can remove the Counters to grab a Ritual Spell from your Deck. The Spell Counters are also helpful for keeping your Black Luster Soldiers around. Super Soldier Shield can protect your monsters from being targeted while you have a “Black Luster Soldier” monster, and you can replay it from the Graveyard by removing a Spell Counter from Gateway. Remember, it works with any “Black Luster Soldier” monster, not just Ritual Monsters, so you can even play it to protect Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of the Beginning!

Yugi’s iconic Ritual Monster returns in grand style when Dimension of Chaos releases on November 6! Don’t forget the Sneak Peek events happening at select Official Tournament Stores on October 31 and/or November 1!
