CARDS: Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction

Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction has 3000 ATK and 3000 DEF, and all you need are two Level 3 monsters to Xyz Summon it! Almost every Deck has at least two Level 3 monsters in it. For example, one common Level 3 monster is Sangan, so you only need to have one more Level 3 monster to play Acid Golem!

Tour de Force Card
A great card that makes your Xyz Summon for Acid Golem a snap is Tour Guide From the Underworld. It pulls a second Level 3 Fiend monster out of your Deck when Summoned. You could bring out Sangan, or even another Tour Guide From the Underworld! That means you can Summon Acid Golem on the very first turn!

I totally agree! Acid Golem is not worth it because of it's deadly backbite!

You can pull it from tour guide (and other ways) and its handy if your opponent summons high atk monsters (3000 against 3000 is pretty good) and you can tribute it before you lose life points. A lot of the new tournaments like Long Beach had players who had them in their extra deck.

if you don't like the effect just use it as a beat stick and stop the effect with skill drain.
