Last week I converted my print subscription to Shonen Jump alpha and I check to make sure that I was just like the tech guys say I should. I went to my manga but there was nothing there and it told me that my digital copies would be storied there but when I tried to get them it say that I am a subscriber but it wants me to pay $4.99 still is that a down load fee or something I thought that you get it for free when you subscribe?
Either click on the "READ MORE" link at the top of sjalpha.com after you sign in, or just go directly to vizmanga.com/sj-weekly and login there. Once in VIZ Manga, just check your MY MANGA cart.

so if i checked marked the waving refund thing on the box where it shows when you logged in on the vizmanga.com/sj-weekly site, am i good now? and do i get the free cards still? :O

yea it says im good now i think cause im logged in and says my accounts still active so yea, just wondering if my address is still the same and i dont need to change it and its the same one, is that ok? and will they still send me the cards? and how do i know when to re-subscribe after the 12 months? will it tell me somewhere?
Did you follow the instructions to input your mailing address in the link in the comment above yours? Please make sure that the address there is the one you want cards sent to. The first one should go out sometime in May-June.

Depending on how much time was allotted to you, you should get a reminder email before the renewal date. Some print subscribers only had a few months remaining on their subscription, so they only received 6 month's worth of membership. Just check to see when your SJ ALPHA membership expires when you're on the SJ ALPHA page on the VIZmanga.com site.

I can't get my Shonen Jump Alpha!
