UPDATE REGARDING SLIFER

There has been a slight hold-up with the mailing of the cards. They are set to go out on August 27. Expect to receive your cards at the earliest by end of next week, but most everyone should be receiving it sometime around beginning of September.


AN EVEN BIGGER UPDATE!!!!

We have just received word that Slifer the Sky Dragon was sent out today (August 27, 2012), so expect to receive your cards soon!

Hello, I am a member of Shonen Jump Alpha since January. SJ have send me emails and letters in the mail for SJ Alpha, and if I sign up before Jan 30 2012 that I would receive two cards plus an XYZ Number 16: shock master. I have not receive any cards???? please help....

I did the same thing and never heard of this before. The Shock Master was in the paper Shonen Jump I believe. I have a lot of YGO cards from these past issues.

Do I have to sign up for a year issue before I get the cards or just I just get them for signing up

You have to sign up for a year-long ALPHA membership to get the promo cards. Or if you're a print subscriber, if you transfer over your subscription, you will receive cards for however long you're ALPHA membership lasts (for example, if you get the six-month membership, you will get the cards that are released during that time period.)

ya just wondering when do we get the cards that normally come with sj. because knowing my mail carriers the cards may get bent and well i would not like that. i was just glad when i got my shooting quasar dragon card from sj and it was not bent lol. but ya does the cards just come in the mail like normal or what???

Follow those instructions to make sure you'll get the cards, which will come out 4 times a year throughout the year. The first card will be shipped out sometime May-June.

Those were the last two cards of the PRINT magazine's promo subscription pack. They are not for ALPHA. ALPHA's first card is NUMBER 16: SHOCK MASTER, which will be sent out sometime around May-June.

I can't wait either! I have a small amount of xyzs and about fifteen or so decks. I "glitched" the send of the magazines (I didn't do anything, though), and I got two of the same issues, both with the card in them. I don't know what went wierd with that, but writing this just made me think about copies here. maybe make two plus email accounts and subscribe twice. if there are kinks, don't blame my logic!

IDK except that the 1st one will be number 19(i think): shock master. not nessessarily with the "I think" part, but it could be a different "number" monster.

I also hope slifer comes out. On yugioh wiki it said that troposphere was gonna come after number 16. Is that true? Also will we have to pay for shipping?

I'm thinking that if you subscribed, and there was a question on the sign up screen that asked your address (don't know for sure, for I signed up a while ago), then you should get the cards, even if you had previously subscribed. this is only if you have given them your address, which may or may not be only for the former magazine subscribers, who had to give there address. did that answer your question?

In your VIZMANGA.com account, just go to your profile and update your mailing address there. Without it, we can't send you the promo card! And we will come out with 4 promos throughout the year, so you won't get them all in one shot.

The first announced card was SHOCK MASTER. The second card will be revealed on April 21!
