Help needed for fan art summation.

All the links I have found to summit fan art keep telling me the same thing over and over. Is there something wrong with the links? I am trying to find out how to summit fan art. I actually have a lot of art that I have been wanting to summit, but there just doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Frustrating! If anybody can help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it.

LuckyLee, you have to go and download the Fan Art form, then print it, and put it with your fan art and mail it to Shonen Jump.
