1. Don't be a jerk!

Jerks will incur the wrath of the manga titans! a.k.a. the unpaid super grumpy moderators.

2. Don't be nasty!

No dirty words! No offensive language! No descriptions of other people's naughty bits. Keep it clean.

3. Don't spam!

Only people in Hawaii enjoy spam, and they only like the meat kind! Don't advertise anything anywhere for any reason.

4. No spoilers!

Don't tell people that Darth Vader is Luke's dad! Not everyone knows that! Use spoiler alerts to give others heads up.

5. Tell us if you have a problem.

It's ok to tattle here! If you feel someone's breaking the rules please report them!

6. Please do not mention and for heaven's sake—don't link scanslation sites.

Let's keep conversations focused on Weekly SHONEN JUMP Alpha manga.

7. Warnings and banning. 

I'll do everything within reason not to ban you. But if you're really asking for it (totally ignoring my warnings), I'll remove you from the site.

8. Have fun and stay positive!

The forums should be a place where like-minded people can discuss the things they love! It is not a complaint depository. Don't be a Debby Downer of Negative Nate!

Among the many forum upgrades that will need to be done at some point, I would think spoiler tags rank pretty high, and hopefully easy to implement.
