where can i read ch 1?

Is there a way for me to purchase the issue of WSJa with Barrage Ch1? I'd like to start reading it legally, but the only chapter I've been able to find legally is Ch2, the current chapter.

Barrage volume 1 is now purchasable as a digital manga in viz manga.
