Catching up on missing chapters

There's a big jump between the last chapters in the print edition and Volume 0 of the on-line edition. How do we catch up? The free preview of SJ alpha is only available until the 29th. Are the missing chapters on the website somewhere? If so are they free (included in the subscription)? I hope so.

You may just have to buy the volumes when they come out digitally or print. I know that Naruto, Bleach and One Piece are caught up online. With Toriko, Bakuman, and Nura Rise of Yokai Clan you just have to wait until the print comes out or digital (if they are coming out quicker).
