it was at 700 because dark flare dragon isn't a fairy monster and non fairy type monsters lose 500 atk and def

now skill drain is negated because galaxy eyes photon dragon is apart of neo galaxy eyes photon dragon and can negate all face up cards on the field and your card trader and my sanctuary in the sky are also negated

no skill drain is all ready active, and neos ability activates, skill drain chains immeditly negating neo galaxay.

you can't use card trader because when neo galaxy eyes is summoned and galaxy eyes is matereal, it negates all face up cards on the field including my cards

I'm fourteen and I started whin the show first started but then my first deck got destroyed in the washing machine so I didn't start doing it again until I was eleven so about three years I've been following yugioh.

you still probaly won, but skill drain was already active, and neo gala doesnt negate that, he gets negated.

ok draw. first i set 2 cards facedown, then i activate shiens dojo, then i normal summon kizan, and send dojo to grave for squire then synchro for shi en. your go.
