I still haven't received my Shock Master card, what should I do?

If you've already contacted Customer Service and received a reply, you should be all set. The Shock Master re-ships will be going out around the same time as the Slifer the Sky Dragon cards, so refer to the shipping dates above. However, if you haven't contacted Customer Service about your missing Shock Master card yet, please email us at sjalpha@viz.com and we'll make sure that you get Shock Master as soon as possible!

That's because the reshipment hasn't gone out yet. Please read the article you are commenting on for that information. Expect to receive it in the mail sometime around August 20th or so.

For everyone waiting on SHOCK MASTER, the reshipments will be going out fairly soon. I'll alert our tech guys to check this thread out for possible people they've missed. If you are missing it, please reply and make sure to leave your vizmanga.com account username (if it's different than the one you're using for SJ ALPHA).

FYI, I just heard back from the tech department. I know many of you are antsy about not getting a response, but they do go through each and every email that comes in. So for those of you who have sent in a request for a SHOCK MASTER because of some mishap, rest assured that your email is being read.

I figured out how to input my shipping information on the Vizmanga account. That should help solve the issue right? Why wouldn't they just use the address they sent my Print Issues to?

Yes that should solve everything since the reason you never got it in the first place was because they did not know where to ship the card. When Jump went digital you had to reinput all that info such as the shipping address. There were several posts and emails that told you, you had to put your shipping info into your account for you to receive the card.

If you didn't have your mailing address, then that was the main reason you didn't get your card (if you qualify for SHOCK MASTER). A reshipment will be made soon, so I'd write in to sjalpha@viz.com, explain your situation, and they'll take care of you.

Well the Shock Master issue appearantly was my mailing address not being re-registered after SJ went digital. My other issue however is that I can't access SJ Alpha without being asked to pay $0.99 or $25.99. I had a subscription that was carried over from the printed subscription, so I would expect that I'd be able to access SJA without paying more than the initial subscription fee. Does everyone with a subscription have to pay an extra $0.99 per issue or $25.99 more for the annual membership?

Also how long is the SJ Alpha subscription that was carried over from a printed subscription with more that 6 months remaining?

Something just happened today, I received 2 envolopes from Shonen Jump Alpha. The thing is I already received my Slifer the Sky Dragon card. But I opened both, and each envolope contained 2 Number 16: Shock Masters, so I received 4 Shock Masters in total.

The thing is, I never ordered Number 16 Shock Masters. I became a member after the deadline for Shock Master, during May 2012. Does that mean I don't get the other 3 cards I am signed up for? What Gives?
