UPDATE REGARDING SLIFER

There has been a slight hold-up with the mailing of the cards. They are set to go out on August 27. Expect to receive your cards at the earliest by end of next week, but most everyone should be receiving it sometime around beginning of September.

How long does it typically take to ship the card after it has been sent out?

What type of recourse do those like myself who have emailed customer service through the email you advise us to use, several times, but have yet to receive so much as a simple we have received your email courtesy response. Much less answers over our concerns for missing promos.

I too would very much like to know the answer to this question. i have emailed several times now with no luck on a response and i have not received even my first promo card of shock master. I need to know if i am to consider renewing my subscription in 2 months

Have either of you read the SLIFER SHIPPING post in the YGO card forum of this site? Follow that timeline. If you still haven't received SHOCK MASTER and SLIFER by that timeline, let me know on this site on the YGO forum.

after numerous emails and having done literally everything that was requested of me to receive my cards its is now the first of august and i am very hesitant. will my cards still be shipped? i never have received confirmation, from anyone. when should we expect our cards this month?

hi john, i was curious if it was me or the other individual who was confirmed on the shipping list for the august 20th shipment. my subscription is set to expire next month but i refuse to renew unless my cards from this subscription are to be shipped before that date. i want to trust this new company before i will invest in it again. i still need my shock master

when we were at comic con this year we purchases 2 subscriptions for our 2 children. i received the welcome letter with the password and such, but my wife did not. they said they started a claim about it but we have not heard anything. we can not get on the site, or put in our shipping information. we have been getting the emails from them but can't get on the magazine for lack of password. it is under the name [taken out to protect privacy by TEAM JUMP]. what can we do so our son can get his full enjoyment of the subscription. thanks...Marc

SJ ALHA is a digital magazine. You should have received a confirmation email about your membership. Please check and follow the instructions in there. Also, once you have your VIZmanga.com account profile created, be sure to input your mailing address in your account profile, or else we can't mail you the cards.

At this point, the only way to get it now is to attend Gen Con, find me at the Konami booth, and sign up for SJ ALPHA. I'll be there on August 17–18.

So, I have seen the articles, posts, and gotten the e-mails about all of the promo cards since the start of SJA. In spite of that, I have NEVER gotten ANY of the cards. I have tried to contact SJA customer service multiple times about this and have still never gotten a response. I have confirmed multiple times that the address that I have for the site is indeed my correct mailing address and it has not been changed since I joined as it has always been correct. So, this is very frustrating for me because I have been a subscriber since the very first issues was printed in the US. I have never had this kind of problem when dealing with Shonen Jump. I am hoping that they will be able to fix this and get me all of my missing promo cards.

gustav since slifer will be delievered to customers this week and you need to have subscribed by July 11 to Qualify for slifer
