This alpha digital sub us a a pain 1: its extremely hard to join and pay needs to be easier.
2: they need to bring back paper print issues, missing cards was never a problem you looked inside no card grab the next one look oh here's the card in the one with the plastic that hasn't been opened duh.
Much easier when i could get a promo card in a jump at newsstands instead of waiting like a chump. ive been trying to find out whats the delay with shipping since aug. 21 then cus.serv. tells me to expect my card around late sept early oct. Wtf why didnt they mail it on 27th with everyone else's who took my name of the mailing list for aug27 when is this company gonna shape up and do right bye it subscribers?
