I am an American Soldier serving in Germany and I cannot view the new SJ Alpha because Viz Manga is only viewable state side. Are you going to open up Viz to other countries, make a link directly from SJ.com, or am I just gonna have to get a refund? Which vI don't want to do as I've been a subscriber since 2006 and a fan for even longer. If possible I would like to remain a member, but if I can't view the manga then I see no reason too. Please SJ, help us poor stranded Soldiers.

But due to complicated licensing issues, we can only make SJ Alpha available in the U.S. and Canada.

Hopefully, this will change in the future.

The March, April, and May Shonen Jump magazine, I have not receive them yet.
I moved, so i tried to change the address, but it said that Viz Media is now kind of with
Amazon so i made an account on Amazon. I put the current address on there but
have not receive anything yet... where are they?

The print magazine ended with the April 2012 issue which came out the first Tuesday of March. We're now digital.

i have emailed Shonen Jump Alpha several time and not received any sort of reply it says my subscription is up today , but i should have a year. I didn't notice that my subscription ended so soon until now and it appears that customer support isn't helping me can anyone help?

I subscribed for a new year of Alpha on July 7, 2012 and got a email confirmation and it's in my history list via vizmanga. So I figured no problems, but I get another email a few days back asking me to subscribe again???? And the subscription I just paid for isnt there anymore!! I emailed about a week ago and no answer. I'm going to miss the Yu-go-oh promo card when it's not even my fault. What happened to your good customer service? It wasn't like this with the printed issues.. I need someone to fix this.

I didn't recieve shock master or slifer yet and I keep sending email to sjaplha. I haven't recieved any replies to the emails I sent out. Is there a way to call instead and get proper customer service?

I have sent a couple of emails to customer service and had no reply. The problem I am having is that I haven't received Shock Master yet, but I've been a Alpha member since the beginning.

I paid for two subscriptions and it's been three weeks and i haven't received my Super Dreadnaught Cannon Express cards. Idk if it was a good idea to sign up for this thing anymore. :/

And don't forget to put in your mailing address in your VIZmanga.com account profile. Because if you don't, we can't get the cards out to you.

Again, you and everyone else haven't gotten the cards because it has not been shipped out yet.

No. Last time I gave out an estimated date, everybody ran with it like it was the gospel. This time around, I'll make a post/news item once the shipping is confirmed.

i put my mailing address. i know its right cus i only got 2 cards after shonen jump became digital. i havent received anything else. slifer, shock master none of that. does it take months for the card to ship?

So I have a problem with two accounts both of which occured at Comic Con.

At Comic I purchased an extra account meant for the email Jediwolf1989@gmail.com. The problem is, I accidently put Jediwolf55@gmail.com which already had an Alpha account, I was told this would be fixed the monday after COmic Con NYC. It never was. I need to find a way to activate the Jediwolf1989@gmail.com account which I paid for.

Additionally I bought an account for a friend but I used the wrong email. Is there anyone I can just call to figure this out? It's kind of ridiculous to only do stuff over the phone.

I am trying to buy a subscription for Shonen Jump Alpha, but it isn't letting me use my credit card. I have an American Express gift card that I'm trying to use, but when I checkout it won't let me.

Since I signed up about 9-11 months ago.

No Shock master, no Slifer, nothing.

I would like to solve this problem as the email address is no responsive, and it says on my account that my subscription has NOT been expired.

like PsychoWorld, i have not received any of my cards except 2. i was thinking my subscription ended when another printed magazine came to my house. i got another thru mail i think. those 2 were the puppet of strings and cannon gustav max. those was the only 2 card i got after things became digital. on the yugioh cards list, u showed what cards u were giving. i did not get the slifer, shock, etc.

i emailed customer support. they never responded. i will end my subscription if this keeps on happening. i signed up only for the cards.

I have Yet to receive a promo card since i started my subscription for the year i was just wanting to know why or if i will even be sent my promo yugioh cards.
