There has been a slight hold-up with the mailing of the cards. They are set to go out on August 27. Patience Running Thin
I have been a loyal customer for a while now and I'm willing to patient, but I really request that someone working at your offices can give me an accurate frame of time for when my SLIFER card will arrive. That is all i am asking, but i request this information soon and I am getting more frustrated with this Online switch already and this doesn't meet my standards as a customer for Shonen Jump.

hello this is currently the second message i am sending wandering when i am going to get these 2 cards because i have been wanting them and i have yet to receive them in the mail. I sent a e-mail about shock master and have yet to see any site of him and i do wonder when slifer will be coming out because i am very disappointed thus far not being notified about these cards being sent or any other information i hope to get a reply back soon thank you for your time.

As long as some unfortunate error doesn't occur, if you were eligible for Slifer and the Shock Master re-shipments you should be receiving them any day now. If you look around there is actually a forum about this information that states the shipments went out around August 14th and to give about a week or so to get the cards delivered.

None of us have gotten any replies from him yet, and so many of us want answers. It seems plausible that he might be on vacation or something, and that they put some random yahoo in his place who just sits at his computer playing solitaire all day. I apologize for the blatant pessimism, but you never know with people anymore.

I have been patient for as long as possible, but no matter what I have failed to recieve anything from them. It has come to my attention that either I was ripped off or that I just got the finger while shonen jump alpha laughed at their customers who yet to recieve anything.

DO NOT GIVE A TIME FRAME. Even in the office, we are not sure when members will accurately receive these cards. We tried giving an accurate time frame, but circumstances have obviously delayed the release of cards.
Members should be receiving the card soon. As soon as we know when, we'll be sure to update any forum posts/news items. Hopefully we'll have an update later today.

due date
well today was the final day for the slifer card to arrive for me, and it turns out that it didn't come. I know that the address is correct because I have had other stuff delivered to the same address, so I'm guessing that they either sent the cards late or they didn't send one to me as they have advertised. If I don't obtain my card by the end of the week then I will be filing a complaint that will never be answered and will most likely be deleted.

Its the 21st mail came no slifer . This is very disappointing . Your notice said the 21st id be receiving my card. I received this subscripion as a birthday gift and am look foward to receiving slifer theskydragon.When will it arrive tomorrow? If not when ? Was much easier going to buy jump at the news stand ???

Look i didn't recieve my card yesterday either. Yes i want the card. John Bae is doing his best to find out whats going on from the comments i've read so please just be patient. No i don't work for SJ or anyone related to them however you really should calm down. We all want the card and a lot of us have had problems with SJ & SJA ever since they announced SJA. If we don't get the card THEN get mad but sometimes delays happen and obviously theres been a delay. I'm sure we'll know soon enough. Until then just calm down please.

Secondly, please have patience. It's not the end of the world if your card comes late.
Again, I don't appreciate you telling me to do my job, when in fact, this is not a part of my job. I'm just doing this to try and help out and calm down everyone who is overreacting. I am an editor for the digital publication, but it's really starting to take a toll having to deal with everyone screaming and crying about a card that will get there eventually.
In the end, HAVE PATIENCE.
Slyfer for Sale
Let me get this straight. SJA had Slyfer cards in hand to give out to new subscribers at the conferences, but the people waiting three months have no idea when they will get theirs? Slyfer is for sale on line for 80 to 100 bucks already for the ones that got theirs though the conferences.

First off, SJ ALPHA is not
First off, SJ ALPHA is not even a year old. It started on January 30, but the card promotion part of the deal didn't come about until around March or so. The second card is on its way and the third promo should be there in 2-3 months. Keeping this schedule, there will be four cards released. Not sure why everyone is going overboard and overreacting about this. If it's just a week or two, it won't kill you.

It's that we were promised we would get the new releases before anyone else if we signed up for SJA online as opposed to buying the hard copy at the store. Many wanted the cards before they are released "anywhere" else so they signed up as did I. It's not happening. Slyfer is already released and available through other sources.

Subscribers do get the cards before its released in a product by Konami. SLIFER has not been released through any distribution channel. It was offered as a promotion at Gen Con and at SDCC. Not really sure or understand what the beef is over a couple hundred people, but I really think everyone needs to calm down. The cards will get to your homes.

Were reacting to our dissatisfaction that we did not recive the items that were stated to be shipped and recived by the 21 of august . So yes this is a problem that needs to be resolved . From what ive seen you have hundreds if not thousands of let down paying costumers waiting for a real answers not ill let you know. Hello. I am writing to you about a sort of different matter. The matter was that my son had an active subscription since before the magazine went fully online. We switched over the subscription, and it said that it was confirmed. He never received the Number 16: Shock Master that he was supposed to get. I e-mailed a few times, and my son ended up with an extended subscription (thank you), but he still never received the Shock Master. When I saw the extended subscription, I saw and updated the shipping information. I know he is also expecting the Slifer, but is there going to be a way that he will receive the Shock Master that, by all purposes, should have received?

Yes, the shipping address was correct when we switched over. However, between that time and when the extended subscription started, the previous subscription ended. (Does that make sense?) That was the reason why I had e-mailed, as well... the previous subscription had run out after we switched over, so when the extended one was granted, then I had to put it in again.

SJALPHA has still kept their promise on getting 4 new promo cards that have not been released yet, if you have not got any of these cards and that particuylar card has been released, you have the right to sue due to false advertising
