Attention SJ Alpha Members!

Sorry for the delay, but rest assured that your copy of Slifer the Sky Dragon will be shipped on August 27. Expect to receive it about a week after that date (it can be a little bit earlier or later depending on your postal service and location).

UPDATE!!!!

We have just received word that Slifer the Sky Dragon was sent out today (August 27, 2012), so expect to receive your cards soon!

Dose anyone want to talk about what the potential 4th promo card might b personaly i hope it will be number c39 utopia ray or better yet i cant remeber the name but the card were you need to sacrifice all three god cards on the field to summon it and when you do you win the duel

Thank you SJA for this information, it has made my birthday even better knowing that my *ahem* "present" is on it's way.

But in all seriousness, this update is making things a lot easier for a lot of people. I'm sure you got the information to us as soon as you could. As for the people who seem to have a problem with this, companies make mistakes, get over it.

I'm not lover, and I'm not a hater, and while I appreciate that Slifer the Skydragon and those other cards are great and all, I don't even play Yu-Gi-Oh! any more, but I do like the cards, but all in all I think it's very chinsy that the Shonen Jump people are now only sending 2-4 cards per year in addition to the decreased amount of manga per year, and these all are signs that subscriptions are down and there have been cutbacks.
There is no need for praise on anything here--the magazine is no longer as user-friendly (For people who want the most out of their subscription), as much as it is fan-friendly (people who focus on the minutiae rather than the big picture).

They were shipped in different packages. You should receive it sometime around the same time, so expect it sometime soon. If you don't have it by the end of next week, contact customer service at sjalpha@viz.com.

They were just sent out on Monday, so we definitely can't change the date. It's only been a few days, so give it time. People have just started receiving it and other will get theirs soon enough over the next week.

sj needs to stop sendin these cards between these two slips of paper. my slifer wasnt in the perfect condition i hoped it would be. i mean the damage isnt major but for a hard to get card like this its enough to irritate me...alot
