Wiraqocha Rasca forces your opponent to discard up to three cards from their hand and gains 1000 ATK for each card discarded—a destructive combo that will have unlucky Duelists scrambling in defense. Any way you look at it, this last round of Collectible Tins is a lethal one-two punch that lets you end the year with a bang!
