i signed up for shonen jump alpha and was already a member before Jan 30. I picked my three volumes to get online and now it says i don't have them. what do i do?

Unfortunately, you're going to have to wait a while. for some reason, it takes a long time for them to put the free manga onto people's accounts. For me, it took several weeks. I'm afraid you'll just have to be patient.

if you got it through subscribing to WSJA then you just need to go on to the issue of Jump and then hit the button on the top of the page marked "my manga" then you will see your three mangas
