Just Can’t Wait
Getting three Level 8 Monster Cards onto the Field may be a pain, but this Number’s worth the effort. If you remove one of Leo’s Xyz Material monsters, it’ll net you a Destiny Counter. Sure, you have to skip your Battle Phase and only get one Destiny Counter per turn. But if you get three, you win.

Be Prepared
Since Leo only needs three turns to bring home the goods, expect it to quickly become Public Enemy #1. While Leo may be a powerhouse, you cannot Battle when you take a Destiny Token. To ensure that you need to fight as little as possible, use Card Effects that destroy enemy Monsters, protect your own ranks or negate malignant Effects. These are your friends, so don’t forget them.

The Puppet Sleeps Tonight
As an Xyz monster, Gimmick Puppet of Leo rests in the Extra Deck until you Summon it. While this keeps it safe from a premature draw or an unlucky discard, it also makes timing all the more critical. Before you bring it out, make sure that you’re ready and that your opponent isn’t. If you can thwart or suppress their setup first, you’ll make Leo’s victory that much easier when it arrives.

Technically speaking, it being mailed out to people and it being shipped is almost the same thing, so you can't really letting people know when it is going to be mailed out to people when it ships sounds weird (almost like saying: I will let you know when the sun will rise when it rises).

What I mean is that I can give a general time frame of when to receive it, BUT everyone should really wait until shipping is confirmed. We made the mistake earlier of giving a guesstimated date last year on a card, which everyone ran with, only to complain incessantly when the card shipment was delayed.

That wouldn't work because Leo requires no spell or trap cards on the field to activate his effect

First I renewed my subscription in January and I am wondering if I qualify for this card.

Second I know you don't want to to give us info until the shipping has been confirmed, but this leaving us in the dark isn't a good thing either. This card was confirmed in January and we are close to half through March now, and still no card. Plus we are coming up the next quarter of the year which means the next card should be announced to. To me this is taking too much time to receive any word on the first promo card of the year shipping.

Final question, the yearbook is something we can expect every year now and in it the final promo card correct?

Whatsup. I think this card is very cool. The problem i have is that with a quick synchro deck is that it would be to easy to get and keep out.To me it wouldn't be fun if the match just ended like that. I like to see the skills and strategy each pearson has before you just destroy them. Whats the point of a game if its not fun?
