Having problems with Weekly SHONEN JUMP Alpha? Hopefully, this troubleshooting guide will help you! 

How do I convert my print subscription to digital?

1.)   Go to this URL to convert: sjalpha.com/weeklys

2.)   Confirm your print subscription with your Address or Account Number. For account information, call 1-800-541-7919

3.)   You will be prompted to create an account or log into VIZManga.

4.)   You should receive a confirmation email that your subscription has been converted as well as the following link to choose your 3 Free Graphic Novels (http://sj.viz.com/titles_choice)

How do I read my 1st issue of Weekly SHONEN JUMP Alpha?

1.)   To access on your web browser, follow these steps.

a. Go to VIZManga.
b. Login using your VIZManga username/password 
c. Go to ‘MyManga’ and click on Current Issue of WSJA 

2.)   To access on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, follow these steps.

a. Launch your iOS app device.
b. Sign in with your username and password.
c. Click on My Manga to enjoy your first Weekly SHONEN JUMP Alpha issue.

3.)   To reset your password, follow the link on the "Login" popup box.

How do I choose and access my 3 Free Graphic Novels?

1. Once converted to Weekly SHONEN JUMP Alpha, you can pick your 3 Free Graphic Novels here: sjalpha.com/titles_choice

2. To access your 3 Free Graphic Novels:  

a.      Go to VIZManga.
b.     Login using your VIZManga username/password.
c.      Go to "My Manga" and look under "My Manga Volumes"
