Hey, it's a Goku cover! A super angry Goku cover! We don't get too many of those. I don't know about you guys, but I have been enjoying the heck out of the color Dragon Ball. That is one manga I never get tired of rereading!

Yes! It's the beginning of Gohan's training with Piccolo! This is one of my favorite parts of the manga. (I have a lot of favorite parts in this manga!) Piccolo is so gruff and disgusted by Gohan's weakness, so it makes it all the sweeter when that disgust starts turning to pride as Gohan develops. Also, the entire snake road segment is hilarious!
* NOTE: In this week's chapter of Dragon Ball, Goku suddenly sneezes when Gohan and Piccolo are talking about him. In Japan, when a person sneezes, they believe it's because someone is talking about that person!

The massive tournament for the Flame-Flame Fruit is finally getting started! A few familiar faces join the fray, and a ton of new ones. I think the last time I was this excited to read a battle in One Piece was the Paramount War!

Yet another funny chapter of One-Punch Man! This manga does not disappoint! I'm starting to see more and more why Murata Sensei wanted to draw it, he must be having so much fun! The only problem with this manga is, I always want more! It's hard to wait a week!
by Tite Kubo
Another interesting chapter of Bleach! More is revealed about Ichigo's unusual parentage! I wonder how long Kubo Sensei has had all of this in his head? It's amazing how far some mangaka plan parts of their story out.

Raku and Chitoge are on a date at a diner where Tachibana happens to be a waitress. But when both their family's gangs show up and threaten to tear the place up, Tachibana gets put in a tough spot. Can she put out the fire before she gets fired?

Ha! Despite being in the middle of a bloody battle with numerous casualties, there are some seriously laugh-out-loud moments in this chapter. And not in a million years would I have expected the battle between Brunch and Elg to end like it does. I usually just read the manga in the WSJ format, but I think I'll reread this whole fight when it comes out in graphic novel format. It's just that good.

Another solid chapter of World Trigger. This manga is remarkably consistent. Every single week has been really good. Mangaka Ashihara Sensei does a superb job releasing just a trickle of information each chapter, keeping us hungry for next week's release. Exposition can be tricky, but it seems Ashihara Sensei has no problem weaving it into the story in a very natural way. Good stuff!
This week's chapter cracked me up! Especially the "old kung fu master" coach of the Choran team. Did not expect that! And there's also some good pretty good lacrosse action as well!

Omoshiroi! It seemed pretty obvious at some point that Yuma was going to team up with Kaito, but I did not expect him to try and ally himself with Shark, as well. And a little bit of Dr. Faker's motives are revealed in this chapter, as well. Oh, and there's some pretty neat underwater dueling, too! Great art, as always! I wish this manga was weekly—it's hard to wait a month!
