I meant months! I'm so sorry I am very tired!

I asked them in both the survey and the comments, and they're skipped over. Is it because I don't get to the point? I even did the follow up to the Bleach question and I compressed both of these down. It'd be easier if I got a reply to my comment that the question has been asked before. That way, I can just drop it and move on. Here they are again.

1) What sort of background do you think would be good for being a staff writer for Shonen Jump?

Urian Brown, you said were seen by SJ staff being “nerdy”, subsequently hired because of that.

I have a weird background myself: mix of Religion and Philosophy with some background in creative writing and Japanese culture (my Japanese is…passable, mostly from anime and manga). I couldn't be a manga editor; my Japanese isn’t up to snuff. I'd like to do reviews for the magazine or provide some form of "Japan Cool" content.

2) Do you think humans are resistant to Hollowification like Soul Reapers or are Fullbringers and Ichigo an exception to the rule seemingly established, assuming it applies to humans as well as Quincy?

It seems unlikely, since Kisuke used a vaccine with Quincy arrows and human souls, so they must be distinct. Seems like only Quincy lack the antibodies. Every other soul could undergo Hollowification with vaccines, but not Quincy

If you go to a convention in the Southeast, I’d try my best to go to your panel and ask the question, though it technically wasn’t a question, but a followup to the oil/water/soap analogy. Other Bleach fans probably are also curious and have done diagrams, like a yin yang.

Thanks for getting Soma. Looking forward to that. Next year's gonna be great.

i'm so embarrassed that my question about the jump quiz was in the podcast.

the last question i really thought about, i think my manga power will be Raku's womanizing ability. or something like Yugi's game ability, something i'll actually use you know.

This week podcast was music to my ears. I am looking forward to trying out Shokugeki no Soma (Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma). I have a question concerning about other Shonen Jump in Japan. With this series being licensed by Viz, will there be any other Shonen Jump manga that might be licensed as well?

Jason Chai commented early about this and I figured congratulations are in order! So congratulations and thank you all for your hard work! My question is how many manga at MOST have any of you edited at one time? I know many of the editors do multiple manga series at a period of time, so what is the most you've done? Hope that made sense.

But don't you guys think it's a little to pervy?

Submitted by yafada on Tue, 11/05/2013 - 20:19

Assuming you're talking about Soma, that's why it's not going to be running in our weekly Jump. It will just get volumes. There are a lot more mature titles that Viz carries. A lot worse than some stuff that appears in Soma. Also note that **those** scenes are just when they eat the delicious food for the most part. Some scenes are sorta revealing (no full nudity), but it happens to male characters as well. Doesn't happen too often either.

If they are going print this, how about other series *cough* Beelzebub *cough*.
