REVIEW: This Week's Issue!

Cover
art by Yusuke Murata
Epic One-Punch Man cover! I think we've had Saitama and Genos on the cover individually, but this is the first time they're together! It's in celebration of the a special bonus chapter inside that ran in the Japanese Weekly Shonen Jump.

One-Punch Man
story by ONE, art by Yusuke Murata

Saitama's got a new mission—find a lost kitty! Making matters worse, he's got a bossy little girl telling him how to do it! Saitama's been able to defeat the strongest of foes, but can he stand the temper tantrums of a little girl who's lost her titty-tat?

Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign
story by Takaya Kagami, art by Yamoto Yamamoto, storyboards by Daisuke Furuya
A most interesting chapter! So far we've seen the story mostly from the human world, but now we get a good look at the vampire one. And there's a great vampire battle scene! Vampire's move at super-human speed, and artist Yamoto Yamamoto did an excellent job at conveying that incredible speed in the art. As the worlds in the manga unfold, they get more and more intriguing.

Naruto
by Masashi Kishimoto

After one helluva battle, Obito's finally down! And Sasuke's ready to deliver the final blow, but someone comes to his defense! After all the bloodshed and destruction, who would possibly want to defend Obito? And is there any hope of redemption for such a terrible villain?

One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda
Dressrosa's turbulent recent past is...undressed! We finally get the goods on what went down when Don Quixote Doflamingo usurps power from the Riku dynasty, and what went down would give the most cold-hearted of dictators the heebie jeebies.

World Trigger
by Daisuke Ashihara

Osamu's really caused a dustup when he tied Kazama in simulated combat. Now other Border members want to try him out. The problem is, they only know he tied with Kazama, they don't now he lost 24 times before. Can he repeat the magic?

Bleach
by Tite Kubo
Komamura revealed his new form! And the new form of his bankai! He's going at BRAH BRAH BRAH with all he's got, but she's convinced she's got the upper hand. Has this dog learned new tricks? (I aplogize for that sentence, I was unable to restrain myself.)

Nisekoi
by Naoshi Komi
How can you not root for Tsugumi? She's the tough-guy bodyguard/assassin of the Beehive that's painfully loyal to Chitoge, but she's all mixed up because of her feelings for Raku. In this week's chapter, she's the focus and her livelihood takes a hit when she eats candy that saps physical strength. What's an assassin to do if she can't even hold her gun up?!

Dragon Ball
by Akira Toriyama

Here's Kamehameha in your eye! Vegeta's ape form proves too much for the battle-worn Goku! But Goku's not going out without a fight! Or a kamehameha to the eye! This is one of those chapters of Dragon Ball that just makes you love Goku that much more. He's beat, he doesn't seem to have much hope, yet he's still gotta get in a couple of last shots. It's inspiriring!

Extras: Massive One Piece Dressrosa feature!

I'm loving how the covers aren't loaded up with a bunch of needless text. Great One Punch Man chapter, great release. Thank you very much. I have to say I'm very pleased with the work you guys do!

Love this issue, and I've really been enjoying the special One Punch Man chapters. Also wanted to say that the One Piece special feature was totally rad! Looking forward to reading more special features like that!
