REVIEW: This Week's Issue!

Cover
art by Kazue Kato
Get ready for action! That's the first thing that popped in my head when I saw this cover. Although I abhor real-life violence, I love fantasy violence. And that being said, seeing the True Cross Academy crew with their weapons drawn gives me the "that's flippin' cool" shivers. Do you guys get those?

Blue Exorcist
by Kazue Kato
Get ready for sadness! Tough chapter of Blue Exorcist. It's obvious something happened in Izumo's past to make her so angry towards the world, but I didn't expect it to be so sad. Well, I guess that makes sense, but it's still a little hard to read. Especially when she's such a cool character. I guess that's the sign of a great manga, it makes you care about the characters.

One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda
Things are not going well for the Straw Hats! First, the mighty Trafalgar Law has fallen at the hands of Doflamingo! Then when Zolo tries to rescue him, someone unexpected (and extremely powerful) comes to Doflamingo's aid! Making matters worse, other very powerful parties are closing in on the island. The fight for Dressrosa is getting more and more complicated!

Naruto
by Masashi Kishimoto

Madara's come back to life! And he's getting more powerful by the minute. Plus, he makes a major reveal that may shift the battle in his favor. The final fight taking shape!

World Trigger
by Daisuke Ashihara

When the brass at Border press Yuma for information about the Neighbors, they find out the universe is a lot bigger than they think. And a lot more dangerous!

Bleach
by Tite Kubo
The latest member of the invading Vandenriech attack force is...well...a giant wrestler! And he's made short work of some Soul Reapers already! But there's still a couple of Captains that are willing to step in the ring with him. Will this new tag-team match take him down for the count?

Nisekoi
by Naoshi Komi
Onodera's friend Ruri is in the school swimming competition. She's got quite a reputation as a good swimmer, but when an ultra-competitive egotistical blond girl puts her down, she begins to question her own motives for swimming. Can she show her new "rival" a thing or two about the true meaning of competition?

One-Punch Man
story by ONE, art by Yusuke Murata

The strongest heroes in the land find out why they've been summoned to a special council—the world is in danger. Of course, the world in One-Punch Man seems to always be in danger, but this time it's a real dangerous danger. Way more dangerous of a danger then they're used to. Just what could be so dangerously dangerous?!

Toriko
by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro

It's one thing for a hero to lose a fight, but when they lose their fighting spirit—they're really in trouble. And Toriko's not only lost his spirit, he's lost his appetite! Not being able to save Komatsu from being kidnapped has taken its toll on him, and he's in desperate need of a pep talk. Perhaps Knocking Master Jiro make him see the bigger picture.

Dragon Ball
by Akira Toriyama

The fight against Vegeta continues! Goku's down, but not quite out—he's got one last gambit. But...it'll take a little help from his good buddy Kuririn. Can these two put the finishing moves on their toughest enemy yet?

Extras: Archfiend Commander deadline reminder, Bleach DVD 19 feature, Author Comments.
