I had a print subscription ordered a few years ago, but my shipping address hasn't been recognized. How come it wasn't?

Something needs to be done about the customer service portion of the website. I have no idea how to use the mail system that comes up when you click customer service and I can't find a telephone number either.

I heard about your promo yugioh cards in shonen jump magazines & I want to become an alpha member to obtain these but I don't know how. I've tried signing up to this site to get it but it won't allow me. Is it because I live in New Zealand?
