I just got the last shonen jump issue, and i am speechless.
almost 400 pages of manga. and some chapters that were recently published in japan. after months of dissapointment, this issue made me remember the feeling i used to get when the magazine was 350+ pages (and had Tegami Bachi/Ultimo) and i found it in my mailbox. I will definitely be buying a second copy when this hits newsstands.
I'm so glad there's gonna be a Toriko creator interview! I love Toriko and i hope it NEVER gets cancelled or put "on hiatus" like another series fans have been begging for to get continued manga volumes (*cough* Reborn *cough*)
What did you think of the final issue?

I liked it!
It's sooooooooo heavy! I use it as a crime deterrent.
Seriously, it's an amazing issue.
But, I may be partial.

A True JUMP issue
It kinda felt like holding a real issue of WSJ. This is the weight that Japanese fans feel every week.
RE: SJ Last Issue
When I was opening this issue, I started to tear up a little.
I was so happy. I loved everything in that issue.
Thank you, to everyone at SJ and especially to the editors and english translaters.
Long Live Shonen Jump!
SJAlpha
I was kind of hesitant about going on to the digital Shonen Jump. I always loved the feel of holding the issue in my hands, reading the manga when I should have been doing other more /productive/ things. But I must admit I am impressed with Alpha.
Though the last issue was certainly the best so far.
Personally though....
I still think that the last issue of SJ is not comparable to a regular Weekly Shonen Jump issue in JPN.
I mean they get more than 24 chapters a week (1 chapter per series), where we, even monthly don't get an equivalent amount of manga. Even WSJA seems pretty dull in comparison (we're only getting 7 series).
Come on SJ, liven up WSJA!
