I know there are region locks on alpha but does buying graphic novels on the app have region locks too? Say for example could I buy them in Japan from the app? So for example if I cannot buy manga from the viz app in Japan could someone here buy it for me then then I log into my account in Japan and still download it because it has been purchased in the US?
