Ok they transferred me from paper back to online and told me i was a member for a full year does that mean i get the yugioh promo cards also??? And if so do i get the shock trooper card? and how soon should i expect it if so?

Yes! You will get YGO cards
Yes! You will get YGO cards for the duration of your membership. Your first card should be SHOCK MASTER. As for delivery, you should get it by May-June.
