Not anymore, if you think about it ,Naruto is more recommended for teens and Disney XD is more focused on family shows, kid cartoons, and Marvel shows, like Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Mightiest Heroes. I bet it will difficult to censor the future episodes of Naruto. If remember how they edit everything you will understand like cleaning off blood, can't say words like "kill, death, sexy", or cutting off disturbing scenes. If it were to continue on, the comments would be filled with negative feedback. The only thing we can do is buy the uncut box sets.

Our prayers have been answered, in December 1, 2012, Toonami announced that Naruto is coming back starting with the first episode, uncut! If want proof here is the video's information, remember to copy and paste.
So, if naruto is back on Toonami; does that mean Naruto Shippuden will be airing uncut on Toonami any time soon, like after new years? Please let it be so.
