No last print issue and subscription problems?

I've been waiting for the last print issue to arrive and still have not received it. When was it scheduled to ship?

Also, my normal print subscription would be ending Dec this year, but for some reason the SJalpha subscription states You're currently subscribed until
Mon Jul 30, 2012. Is there a reason why my subscription was cut in half?

I've been sending e-mails to the sjaplha@viz.com starting last Sunday, but have not even received a form or instant reply. I figured that I might get a reply on the forums as to what is going on. Can any moderators or customer service reps offer any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

Correcting a typo in the post. I've been sending mails to the sjalpha@viz.com address without a response.
