No response from Customer support

I have been trying to contact customer support for a week and half now and have heard 0 response with the problems of my digital manga purchase. What the heck is going on, are you guys still in business?

still didnt work but i have 2 paypal subscription receipts , 2 checking accoount bills all 4 say 25.99 and were before september 30th and i put my shipping address before september 30th

Hello John Bae, I recently subscribed to SJ Alpha and my account was charged twice for 1 subscription. I have two charges of 25.99 and i only want one subscription. I have not heard from costumer support. And the weird thing is that the Paypal transaction for $25 went threw. I would like to know why I haven't heard from costumer support. I even sent a receipt of my purchase in the email.

I originally paid for my subscription with Paypal. now about a year later i go to renew my subscription only to find they only accept credits cards...WHAT THE HECK!? why on earth should i now need a credit card just to buy a subscription when Paypal was just fine? WHY CAN'T i use Paypal for this anymore? i tried looking it up but found nothing....
