Shocked Up For The Night
Getting three Level 4 Monsters out isn’t easy, but stick to your guns...er, cards! Number 16: Shock Master nixes out all Monster, Spell, or Trap effects until your next turn. If that doesn’t sound awesome, then think for a moment. Two turns without your opponent’s Traps. No Spells until your next move. All Effect Monsters momentarily de-fanged. Any of these could leave your opponent wide open, especially if he’s favoring one type. Sounds a bit more awesome now, huh?
Lightning Strike Three - You’re Out!
Remember that like most Xyz Monsters, Shock Master loses a Material monster to activate its effect. You also can’t activate it more than once per turn. Conserve your ammo for when you need it, but don’t hold back when the time comes. If you can, try to get a second (or even third!) out onto the field to cripple your opponent completely.

Daybreaker
Shock Master could use a blazing knight to light the path. Daybreaker lets you Summon another of its name when Special Summoned. Combine with Photon Lead to do just that, and try to get all three into your hand for a triple sunlight smackdown!
Eradicator Epidemic Virus
Double-dip with Eradicator Epidemic Virus, offering up one 2500 DARK Monster to remove all of your opponent’s Spells or Traps for their next three turns. Feel a sneeze building?
Green, Red and Yellow Gadgets
Your hand low on Level 4 monsters? Behold the power of Gadget teamwork! Summon one colored Gadget to get another into your hand. Material, ahoy!

no promo cards, and poor service overall
I have not received any cards yet, I have not received any returned emails from customer service to my at least 10+ messages I have sent to sjalpha@viz.com over the last 3 months. I've been reading on here that many other people have had the same problem, what's going on and when can I expect anything? thank you
and how about before you hand out all these promo cards at events for subs you actually send the promos to the people who are already signed up, seeing as you have all these promos to hand out. I've been subscribed to shonen jump for years back when it was in print, and unfortunately this is my last year because this is just flat out poor service. I'd also rather have a hard copy anyways, there's a million sites out there that do this for free anyways.
If you've emailed customer
If you've emailed customer service, chances are your on the reshipment of SHOCK MASTER (going out Aug. 27), as long as you qualify.
Also, SLIFER will be sent out on the 27th as well, so you'll more than likely get both.
Quick question though, did you make sure to input your mailing address in your vizmanga.com account profile? If not, then that's why you didn't get your card.

Not happy
So, because I never saw anything about how I had to actively go and transfer my subscription from the paperbacks to the online version back when the change was made, I now get no cards? I now don't receive my shock master, which I was anticipating in the first place? After the number of years Ive renewed my subscription to shonen jump, I don't think this is right, and I think I deserve some compensation. (Like my Shock Master) because when I looked into it, no where did I see anything about transferring my subscription. It would be nice if someone were to help me.
