Legal Verision of Winged Dragon of Ra

Apparently its been out some time and was in a Shonen Jump volume. What volume (Month and Year) was it released? I have the Obeslisk, but not Ra and I have been a member of SJ for quite a while so I don't think I have missed it.

He came out in a SE, so you can pick up one there. Ra came out a little while ago, when 5Ds was still popular.
January 2011, I believe.
