UPDATE REGARDING SLIFER

There has been a slight hold-up with the mailing of the cards. They are set to go out on August 27. Expect to receive your cards at the earliest by end of next week, but most everyone should be receiving it sometime around beginning of September.

We have just received word that Slifer the Sky Dragon was sent out today (August 27, 2012), so expect to receive your cards soon!

I signed up in May. Will i get 4 cards by next May? I havent recieved anything(signed up late for shockmaster(dont care for it anyway) and just in time for slifer(card ive wanted since the others went legal). I know that slifer "will be here by the end of next week", but will i get 4 cards total or will i get ripped off come next May???

Slifer is getting ready to be released and i have not even recieved shock master yet ! I have already emailed who i need to email about not recieving them months ago and still have not heard anything. Very frustrating!

This is the second time im posting this
I emailed customer service a week ago and no response. Is anyone else having this problem ? If so why is shonen jump ignoring its customers ? This whole digital print thing with the promo cards is ridiculous go back to paper print its much easier and everybody gets there promo cards like clock work so disappointed in jump right now .

Can you please wait just a bit? The cards should be on their way this week. Hopefully you'll get yours as early as end of this week to next week sometime.

Ive waited a week to here back from sjalpha@viz.com no replys i demand to be put in contact with a customer service rep. Is that asking to much? That other person was helped why cant someone help me?

i signed up for the magazine in early July and i have not recieved the cards i was suppose to get for signing up and i havent recieved any other cards as well. i want to know when i will recieve both of these cards or the amount of cards i am suppose to haave. slifer cannonquasar something i havent recieved shock master either, can i please get some clarity

When in July? Because if it's after July 11, then your next card is GUSTAV MAX, coming out a few months later. If you signed up before then, SLIFER was just sent out, so expect to get that sometime over the next week.

EDIT: And since you signed up in July, you don't qualify for SHOCK MASTER. The cut-off date for that card was back in April.

i was sent one of those renewal messages by mistake back in July but i renewed anyway before the email was sent telling me I didn't have to, and that's fine i wanted to extend my membership after the first year anyway, however my shonenjump alpha account still shows an expiration on January 1st 2013 where as my viz account shows it until January 2014. should i be worried about this discrepancy.

my slifer finally came in the mail however it came with a slight line imprint on the top, can't say I'm thrilled about that but at least it came, and I am really thankfull for the all the shipping updates. thanks john.
