CARDS: YU-GI-OH! Samurai Warlords

The Six Samurai are back! Everyone’s favorite fearsome fighting force has returned, and now they’ve got their very own Structure Deck. If you’ve ever wanted to build your own Six Samurai Deck, but just couldn’t track down the cards, now’s the time.

The Samurai Warlords Structure Deck comes with many of the most powerful cards ever created for the Six Samurai, and they’re all in one place. Here are 3 cards from it that you’ll definitely want in your Six Samurai Deck.

1. Legendary Six Samurai – Kizan: “Teamwork” is the name of the game for the Six Samurai, and Kizan is the best teammate around. If you control a “Six Samurai” monster, you can Special Summon Kizan from your hand. Most Six Samurai monsters can’t use their abilities unless they bring a friend along with them, so send Kizan along for the ride!

2. Shien’s Smoke Signal: Many of the best Six Samurai monsters are Level 3 or lower, and this card can pluck any of them straight out of the Deck and put them in your hand. Legendary Six Samurai – Kageki is one of the best monsters to grab with it, since it can automatically Special Summon another Samurai monster from your hand when you Normal Summon it. Coincidentally, both of those cards are available as Super Rares for the first time in the Samurai Warlords Structure Deck.

3. Musakani Magatama: Teamwork is the greatest strength of the Six Samurai, but it’s also one of their greatest weaknesses. Cards like Torrential Tribute and Dark Hole can mess you up bad because you have to play so many monsters from your hand in the same turn. Fortunately, Musakani Magatama is a thing that exists that you can have in your Deck! If you have a Six Samurai monster on the field, this card can negate any card your opponent uses to destroy your stuff. It’s super useful!

And if that’s not enough to satisfy your sword-slashing needs, there’s even a brand-new Six Samurai card: Shadow of the Six Samurai – Shien! It’s an Xyz Monster that pumps up your Samurai so they can hang with the big boys, and it looks pretty darn cool.

I look at the Six Samurai Xyz and I see a fusion of Kenshin, Yu Kanda (D Gray Man),
Roronoa Zoro (One Piece), Gamma Akutabi (Zombie Powder) and Amidamaru (Shaman King).
IMO, he's basically seems to be a combination of various Shonen Jump sword-wielders.

so Kagemusha of the Blue Flame finally dawned his armor and took on his role as Shien's double. this is very nice. sadly if only he had the effect of detaching a xyz material to protect a samurai/shien would he really be the body double

this card looks like a combination of kagemusha of the blue flame and kagemusha of the six samurai. i do know kage means shadow so that might be why...meh.

I know this can be found in a few cards, Shadow Shien looks like he resembles Kenshin Himura Red Hair and Purple Kimono. Although he is a wearing a mask.

Since the release of Structure Deck: Samurai Warloads, there are three faces of "Shien.". "Great Shogun Shien", "Legendary Six Samurai- Shi - En", and the new "Shadow of the Six Samurai - Shien" all have one thing in common: 2500 ATK. It's just the same.

Nah. They are all different. They have completely different summoning methods and effects, as well as eack new iteration has 1000 less defense than the last one.
