I tried sending feedback via the app, but never got a response.

Seems like the iphone and ipad apps used to access Viz manga, including shonen jump alpha, are both really unstable. I will have to delete the app, reinstall it and relogin and download my manga every single week at this point due to various database errors. What this means is that every time I want to view the new issue of shonen jump I'll open the app and have to go through this process... if I want to check out past issues I'll have to download them all again. Every single week. Can I at least get some acknowledgement that this is something that's being worked on, because it's been an issue for a while now and has only gotten worse with time.
