Ive been trying to contact customer service for almost a week now in regards to the fact that june has come and gone and i havent recieved number 16:shock master. my account was switched from the print version to alpha on march 6, 2012 and i filled out all the account info so the mailing address is on there, then i got an email saying that my subscription to alpha had been extended to march 7, 2014, since my account shows that i switched to alpha in march im pretty sure i qualify for number 16 shock master and all future promos for the next two years. however i never received shock master in the mail and im wondering now if some error or something has caused me to be ineligible for it all what can i do ive emails and still no response.
