I still haven't received my Shock Master card, what should I do?
If you've already contacted Customer Service and received a reply, you should be all set. The Shock Master re-ships will be going out around the same time as the Slifer the Sky Dragon cards, so refer to the shipping dates above. However, if you haven't contacted Customer Service about your missing Shock Master card yet, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make sure that you get Shock Master as soon as possible!
