Can't Renew my Subscription

So i got an email saying that my subscription is about to run out and when i click the link to go renew at Viz Manga Site it just forwards me to a page talking about the app. same with the link on http://www.sjalpha.com/sign-up. Need help figuring this out or I can't renew.

So after more investigating I've figured out that all links relating to renewing loop between http://www.sjalpha.com/ and http://www.viz.com/apps?rd=vm when i click them.
