I re-newed my subsciption a couple months back and i should get a full sj alpha subscription and it dont show on my computer or ipod touch.

The nice thing about paying with a credit card is I can stop or recoup payment at anytime. This is beyond disappointing it is borderline of fraud. I've paid for a product that is not available. Fix it or pay back!

A gift subscription for the paperback SJ was ordered for me as a Christmas gift and I'm kinda expecting it along with the two free cards. Would I still get the magazine in the mail until March 2012 or will they not do that anymore?

I love it. It use to take an enternity to read stuff 1 month at a time. Now i get to read it weekly!! It's great.

A little more info on the current storyarcs wouldn't hurt.

I switched my Printed subscription to the digital and never got my 3 free digital manga gifts. But now I'm getting an email notice to switch my subscription over to digital again for the 3 digital books- what's going on!!!!!

i keep trying to choose my 3 volumes but it keeps telling me i didn't accept the offer for them even though i got an email link to it from the welcome to sjalpha email telling me i could have them.

I renewed my subscription for two years, I thought the last paper copy I would receive would be the March issue. The last copy I received was February's which I received in January.

It was also not clear to me how I would receive the new magazine. Would it be emailed to me each month or do I have to access the site to get. It will now be a weekly instead of a monthly? Do I have to read online or can I download it.

I'm really confused by this whole process. Is there some where on the site that will give me the information I need
