Premium Gold has a ton of Xyz Monsters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal anime. Among them are some of the most powerful Chaos Number monsters ever released! Number C9: Chaos Dyson Sphere is an incredibly powerful monster that can dominate a Duel as soon as you Summon it. Here’s how you can take advantage of this card and be the star of the show!

Number C9: Chaos Dyson Sphere is a Rank 10 Xyz Monster that normally requires three Level 10 monsters. But remember, as a Number C monster it can also be Summoned with Rank-Up-Magic Barian’s Force or Rank-Up-Magic Numeron Force with Number 9: Dyson Sphere! Chaos Dyson Sphere, with its enormous 3600 ATK, can attach any monster it battles as Xyz Material before damage calculation and before they’re even flipped face up! And on top of that, you can tack on 300 damage to your opponent for each of its Xyz Materials every turn. Just from Xyz Summoning it, you should have three Xyz Materials, meaning an instant 900 damage per turn. And on top of that, it gets even better if you have Number 9: Dyson Sphere attached. You can detach any number of its Xyz Materials to deal 800 damage to your opponent for each one detached! This one monster can win Duels all on its own, without even needing to battle.

To Summon it, you’ll first need two Level 9 monsters on the field to Xyz Summon Number 9: Dyson Sphere. Deep-Space Cruiser IX (from Legacy of the Valiant) can be Special Summoned from your hand by discarding a Machine-type monster from your hand to the Graveyard. You can also use Metal Reflect Slime along with Level Eater to lower its Level, giving you access to 2 easy Level 9 monsters! Level Eater also does double duty as a wall that you can Summon every turn, provided you have a high-Level monster on the field. In addition, you can use the easy Xyz combos of the Mecha Phantom Beasts to easily Summon Number 9: Dyson Sphere, such as the following:

•  Flip Summon Mecha Phantom Beast Hamstrat and Special Summon two Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens.
•  Tribute a Token with Hamstrat’s effect to Special Summon Mecha Phantom Beast Aerosguin from your Graveyard. Alternatively, Normal Summon it from your hand.
•  Use Aerosguin’s effect to banish a Mecha Phantom Beast from your Graveyard and Summon a Mecha Phantom Beast Token (if you Normal Summoned Aerosguin, you won’t need to do this). Since both of your monsters are Level 9, Xyz Summon Dyson Sphere!

Once you’ve got Number 9: Dyson Sphere into play, you just need some Rank-Up Magic to get Number C9: Chaos Dyson Sphere. While Rank-Up Magic Barian’s Force is a generally good Rank-Up Spell, you might want to try using Rank-Up Magic Argent Chaos Force, which is also in Premium Gold. This Rank-Up Spell Card Ranks up your monster, but it can also be added back to your hand from the Graveyard when you Xyz Summon a Rank 5 or higher Xyz Monster! If your first Chaos Dyson Sphere is taken care of, Xyz Summon a second Number 9: Dyson Sphere, and Argent Chaos Force will add itself back to your hand so that you can Rank Up to Chaos Dyson Sphere for free!

Number C9: Chaos Dyson Sphere is the kind of monster you’ll want to build your Deck around Xyz Summoning. With Rank-Up Magic, some easy-to-use monsters that get Level 9 monsters onto the field easily, and cards like Safe Zone and Number Wall to protect it, you can keep your Chaos Dyson Sphere on the field until you end the Duel with its effect.
